Company Information

Pete Wanke as a young manPete Wanke began working carpentry in the Medford area in 1962. In 1964 he officially began his construction business as Wanke Builders and decided to settle in Medford. Since then he has kept 4-6 men on his year-round crew and has had as many as 10 men working during the busiest months of the year. In 1984 Wanke Builders signed on as a dealer with Wausau Homes.

All American HomesIn the year 2000, Wanke Builders added All American Homes to our product line. All American Homes offers one of the highest quality modular homes which prices out much less expensive than the competition. All American Homes come with standard features that the others call upgrades.

Wanke Builders maintains good relationships with its customers by having a firm price contract with the homebuyer. This means there are no surprises. The price of the home remains the same as when the contract was signed unless that homebuyer decides to alter the plan. We have also put together a new Warranty and Customer Service policy to help us serve our customers better.
