Wanke Builders can help you design a home that fits your lifestyle. We have many plans that you can choose from, or you can bring your own plan. You can even design your own floor plan using our Custom Design Partnering service. Wanke Builders can also help you with product selection from siding and trim to countertops and flooring. We have samples available in our Idea Center to help you decide what products you want to put in your home. We want to make designing your new home as easy as possible.

We also offer three levels of service that encompass the majority of our customers.

Rough In -- We do just the basics and you finish the rest. This really helps keep your costs down. It is a great option for people that are able to do a lot of carpentry work themselves. Often done by: Teachers in the summer, construction workers in the winter, and farmers/ranchers.
Partnership -- We work with you to get the home completed. You may decide to buy some of the materials yourself or finish up some of the rooms your self. We do the work you don't want to do! Often done by: Retired people, second-time homebuyers, and trades people.
Get It Done -- We do it all from start to finish. This is the best option for people with no carpentry skills and/or very little free time. Often done by: New parents, first-time homebuyers, retired people.
